Concordis Capital, Inc. will provide captive cell funding to clients of Concordis Insurance SPC and will assist other captive service providers, individual companies, organizations, etc. with their captive cell funding requirements.
Concordis Insurance SPC
Concordis Insurance SPC is a captive insurance company and is licensed to create up to forty-nine(49) individual cells. Each cell will be a separate entity set up for a specific type of risk (workman's comp.), multiple risk types, one company or a group of companies. Even large associations and organizations can benefit from the company's insurance products.
Advance Underwriting Managers, LLC
Advance Underwriting Managers, LLC (AUM) dates back to 1994 when it was formed to provide insurance products to specialty insurance markets. Since the acquisition of AUM by Concordis in October of 2011, the focus of the Managing General Underwriting entity is on the Equestrian Agricultural segment and Rental Equipment Dealers – both of these are national programs. The Equestrian insurance products offered will be Animal Mortality, Monoline liability for horse owners and professionals and Farmowner’s Multiperil. For Equipment Dealers AUM will offer a unique product that ties to the term of the Rental Agreement – this product is labeled RENTAL MASTER.
AUM’s has developed a strategy to assist its appointed agents with internet distribution of insurance products. This concept will be a key driver for the near and long-term growth of the company. AUM has the advantage of being able to import some effective systems and applications that were developed in the UK – this connection will shorten development time.
Reber and Associates, LLC
Reber and Associates, LLC (Reber) was acquired in February of 2012, as a companion company to RENTAL MASTER. Reber is a nationally recognized insurance agency insuring leased and financed equipment or all descriptions. This insurance coverage is especially valuable when a buyer or lessee needs insurance at the point of sale. Most equipment dealers will not let equipment leave the premise without insurance – LEASE MASTER or FINANCE MASTER can fill that need.
Concordis will utilize agents around the country to call on equipment dealers to sell the three products – RENTAL MASTER, LEASE MASTER and FINANCE MASTER.
